Departmental permits are available for purchase by university departments to be used by employees attending work-related meetings away from their office location. Departmental permits are valid for two and one-half (2.5) hours in the following posted spaces: Reserved - Departmental Permits, regular parking spaces in colored lots and meters/timed spaces.

Departmental parking permits are not intended for daily parking, personal use, visitor use or student use. Use of a Department permit must be in accordance with University of Idaho Parking Regulations. Departmental permits that are misused are subject to revocation.
